Demo Art Station, in collaboration with MDBS, had the pleasure of rebranding a specific part of the Hewlett Packard Enterprise website, namely the content catalog related to events, speakers, and Schedule. HPE specializes in delivering technological solutions and services to businesses, governments, and organizations. Their offerings encompass various areas such as servers, data storage, networking, software, and consulting services. The HPE portfolio showcases products including servers, data storage systems, network equipment, software-defined infrastructure, cloud solutions, and data management tools.
This project proved to be quite complex and intricate, with the main objective being to simplify and modernize the existing website in terms of user experience and perception. After analyzing the old interface, we realized it did not meet the expectations of today's internet users. As a result, we decided to set aside artistic impulses and focus more on the framework of a corporate project. Placing the user at the forefront, refining the functionality and interface logic became paramount, while the design took on a more subtle and minimalist approach. Rather than reinventing the wheel, our aim was to streamline everything. We consolidated and reduced the amount of information related to event management to make it more noticeable and understandable for the user. The design itself revolved around color schemes and highlights accentuating the key features of the content displayed on the website.
The website itself boasts a plethora of functionalities, with the main characteristics being a CMS system that manages events on the site and a user account creation system offering options such as event registration. Additionally, the filtering and sorting system had to be user-friendly, ensuring that every user, regardless of age or level of experience, could effectively navigate it. The color scheme employed in the project pays homage to the previous appearance of the site, aiming to prevent users from feeling disoriented due to the changes.
Overall, our collaboration aimed to provide a refreshed and user-centric experience for visitors to the Hewlett Packard Enterprise website, aligning with the company's focus on technological solutions and services.
