Our task was to implement our 3i approach: inspect, identify, improve! We undertook the task to increase the social fanbase, customer engagement and build reoccurring customs through customer loyalty.
Thanks to owner's open-minded approach and willingness to experiment we have managed to outperform our goals. Through regular and active engagement we managed to double the organic website visits on the month on monthly basis. The fans have started to emotionally attach themselves to the products and the shop itself, which resulted in a clearly visible increase in engagement as well as steadily increasing reoccurring orders.
